1. Use of this website

You may use the public pages of this site for non-commercial review of the INFORM programme. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any restricted area, to circumvent access controls, to copy confidential material or to misrepresent INFORM's posture.

2. Restricted access

Access to the data room and workflow portal is granted by application, NDA and Project Lead approval. Access may be withdrawn at any time. You agree to least-privilege access principles and to use restricted material solely for the purpose stated in your application.

3. Confidentiality

Confidential materials (including but not limited to formulation, dispersion, electrode, DAQ, software design, supplier identities, financial model and IP strategy) are provided under NDA. You agree not to disclose, copy, derive or use confidential materials outside the scope agreed.

4. No offer; no advice

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or solicitation of securities, a representation about future performance, a guarantee of certification or compliance, financial product advice, legal advice or engineering advice. All performance figures are validation targets.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this site is the property of the INFORM Programme. Third-party content is used under licence or fair dealing.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, INFORM disclaims liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, content on this site. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
